Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders are shipped within about one week of being placed.
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
If you don’t see it within a week, check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes we end up there.

Each order includes a 3–5 day fulfillment period before shipping. That’s the time it takes to prepare, pack, and process your order.
After it ships, delivery time depends on where you live.


Returns / Refunds

All sales are final.
We typically do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

If there’s a problem with your order — damaged items, wrong size, or anything unexpected — please reach out to us at hillhousegraments@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.


Shipping Provider

We’re not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been shipped.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we’re unable to change or intercept the package.
If it’s returned to us, contact us via email — refunds (if approved) will exclude shipping costs.

Shipping fees ($6–$8) are non-refundable.


Care Instructions

Keep your pieces fresh:

  • Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent

  • Hang dry or lay flat for best results

  • Avoid high heat — it can shrink or damage specialty fabrics and prints
